MEC adds representation in Texas

MEC Aerial Work Platforms has appointed Ray Hayles MFG Sales of Richardson Texas, as its new sales representation for Texas and the Southeast USA.

Ray Hayles MFG Sales represents various manufacturers across eight states (Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma). MEC says that the move is a strategic one for both companies, MEC has announced its intention to enter the self-propelled boom lift market this year and Ray Hayles MFG Sales has relationships with a number of rental and equipment companies throughout the region.

Jim Tolle, president of MEC aerial work platforms said: "This is a tremendous opportunity to increase our presence in a key region in which we have been historically underrepresented.
