Fit for a King

Bob King, managing director of King Lifting took delivery of the first of his Maeda LC785 mini cranes custom painted in its company british racing green colour.

Purchasing this smaller size of machine is a completely new venture for King Lifting as its current smallest unit in its 80 strong fleet is 8 tonnes.
The LC785 is currently the largest of the Maeda Mini Crane range and has a lift capacity of just below 5 tonnes, although later on in the year Kranlyft will be adding the new LC1385 to the Maeda range which will replace the LC785’s position at the top.

“After evaluating all of the competition in the marketplace, we came to the conclusion that the Maeda range of mini cranes are the best quality products in the marketplace, “said King. “Making sure that we operate the best products available is always of the upmost importance to us as a business.”

He continued: “The level of experience that Kranlyft has in the crane industry combined with their outstanding parts and service backup helped make our decision a lot easier.”
