JLG rebrands after sales services
JLG has rebranded all of its aftermarket services under a single name - 'Ground Support'.
Ground Support will become the new umbrella brand for JLG’s parts, training, used equipment sales, reconditioning, repair & maintenance services, financing and technical support services. The new brand will replace the Service Plus, Parts-Plus, Access Financial Solutions and Training-Plus brands

Ground Support will incorporate the following new labels:
JLG Aftermarket Parts
JLG Aftermarket parts will include Genuine JLG replacement parts, rebuilt parts, accessories & attachments, tools & supplies, and OEM parts.
JLG Training
JLG’s training includes: - Product-sales, service, parts and warranty training courses, as well as Operator training through train-the-trainer courses and directly through Operator Safety Training.
JLG Financial Solutions
JLG Financial Solution helps customer’s secure fleet financing for its equipment through its in-house financial team via structured loans and leasing. The company also provides dealer floor plan and various retail financing programmes.
JLG Service centers
JLG Service Centers will include:
•Repair and Maintenance
•Machine Inspection Services
•Mobile Service
•Pre-Owned Equipment Sales
•Re-Rental Fleet
•Operator Training
•Emergency and Same Day Parts
JLG currently operates four service centers in North America, six in Europe and seven in Australia and New Zealand.
Ground Support also includes JLG’s call centres, which provide customers with technical assistance. The company is expanding its technical call centre support by over 50 percent with further enhancements coming later in the year.
