New Holland's new LM 1060 telehandler
The company has high hopes for the LM1060 saying that the machine is aimed at sites with restricted room needing a unit with good manoeuvrability.
Designed and produced in the Lecce factory in Italy, the machine has a spacious cab and good visibility. It uses an 88 kW Tier III New Holland engine with Powershift transmission with permanent 4-wheel drive. Three steering modes: 2 wheels, 4 steering wheels and crab steering are available as is the single–level manipulator together with the Flow Sharing pressure compensation hydraulic system allowing the operator to perform simultaneous movements.
New Holland says that its long base, with the smallest turning radius on the market also gives machine excellent stability even with the stabilisers up.
The engine is positioned longitudinally with in-line hydraulic pumps for easy maintenance.
