The company also introduced a new suite of online customer programmes under its Prefferred banner which it intends to enhance after sales attraction if its cranes. Chief among these is the 3D lift-planner -which allows a company to programme in its entire fleet adding in a wide range of additional cranes, from other manufacturers. The lift planner will select the best crane for the job once the site and lift parameters have been input. If a suitable crane is not in the company's fleet it will of course recomend the relevant Link-Belt model for the job.
