25 years of Heli

Belgian aerial lift Heli, celebrated its 25th anniversary on Saturday June 7th with an open day “loaded with animation, demonstrations, bites and drinks”. Dreadful weather on the day did not deter visitors nor the events.

Continuous demonstrations were organised including UpRight TM12, UL25, MB26, TL37, AB38, the new AB46 and SB126, the Glaslift 250, Maeda MC285 mini crane, the Omme 1550 trailer lift and a Bluelift C18/8 spider.

The poor weather drove visitors inside at Heli's open day

Also on display were a range of Manitou telehandlers, an Ormig pick & carry crane and a wide selection of fall arrest systems, cable systems, anchor points, ladders and scaffolding.

Heli used the event to announce that it will relocate in January 2011 to new premises on a four hectare site. It also used the occasion to sign two new two exclusive distribution agreements, one with UpRight-Snorkel for Belgium and one for Bluelift covering Belgium, Luxemburg and Northern France.
