Genie parts on line

Genie has launched a new online parts ordering system for North America.

Used in conjunction with Genie’s Serial Number Smart Parts Lookup System, launched earlier this year, customers will now be able to identify a part, add it to the virtual pick list, then roll the pick list directly into an online order.

Genie customers with a registered account can access the Smart Parts Lookup System and online ordering through the Genie website www.genieindustries.com.

Bob Sartini, regional service parts manager for Genie said: "The online Serial Number Smart Parts Lookup System is updated on a regular basis to provide the most accurate parts information possible to our customers. By adding the online ordering function to the system, our goal is to help our customers become more productive with their work by spending less time ordering parts."

Products covered by the system include: telescopic and articulating booms, scissor lifts, portable personnel lifts, material lifts, telehandlers produced in North America and Terex light towers and generators.
