MA-BO takes first T540
German access rental company MA-BO has taken delivery of the first 54 metre Ruthmann T540 truck mounted lift.
The second model in the company’s ‘height performance’ range, the T540 is mounted on a three-axle 26 tonne chassis with a four section main boom, 16 metre top boom and a 180 degree articulating jib. It has a platform capacity of 600kg and a maximum outreach of 40 metres. The company claims that when working at 50 metres it provides operators with 5.7 metres of additional outreach than other truck mounted aerial work platforms in its class.
MA-Bo’s managing director, Jan Maarten van Helden, said: “In terms of price-performance ratio, Ruthmann’s newest T540 is simply unbeatable.”
