Third world? …No Slough!
A man working from a makeshift scaffold was seen, not in an impoverished part of the developing world, but in the UK

This would look out of place in the third world, but in the UK!?
No point listing what’s wrong with it - its all very precarious and a definite one for our Death Wish series.

This chaotic and dangerous scaffolding just the tip of the iceberg, in a town voted as a Crap town and also complements the 6,500 beds-in-sheds situation in this godforsaken town.
