I am completely shocked & saddened at this tragic news. My condolences and from JLG UK Ltd also to Andy's wife & children along with all his work colleagues at Banner Plant Ltd. I had only known Andy for about 1 year, but he was one of the nicest people in this industry & will be truly missed. We spoke a lot about Kos having been there myself. I know how much Andy and his family loved to holiday there. Rest in peace Andy. Greg Moore (JLG UK National Account Manager)

The Industry has lost one of its good guys,a genuine good guy! I had the pleasure of meeting Andy about 10 years ago. Many conversations have been had about food and holidays and of course his family whom he was devoted. He has left us all far too early. Sincere condolences to Helen and the boys, Max and Harry. With a heavy heart I say R.I.P my good friend.
I am shocked and deeply saddened by the news of Andy passing away so suddenly, as are all the team at Riwal who knew him.
We send our sincerest condolences to all his Family and friends, particularly to his Wife Helen and Children Max and Harry.
Andy and I first worked together at Banner Plant Dronfield back in 1985/6 and our paths crossed on many occasions in the last 30 years. Andy was never anything less than an absolute pleasure to be around and deal with.
This industry has lost one of the really good guys.
RIP Andy and God bless

Speaking personally, and on behalf of the team here at Horizon, this is a tragic loss. Our hearts go out to his family and we offer our sincerest condolences.
Andy was one of the nicest people you could be fortunate enough to meet. The genuine care and attention he offered to customers and suppliers alike set an example to us all.
Our industry has lost one of its best.

I was totally numbed and shocked when I was informed about Andys death yesterday.I joined Banner Powered Access nearly four years ago working with Andy at the Rotherham Depot, and later moving to the Derby Depot.Andy was one of those people that enthused so much enthusiasm for his work and life, he was one of those people that if you were having a bad day, after speaking to him on the phone, things seemed so much better. Andy loved his food as most of us know ! curries, you name it ! The Powered Access industry has lost such a character, and a well respected person and I will miss Andy very dearly along with my colleagues at Banner Plant. My thoughts and prayers go out to Helen and the boys.
On behalf of all at Lifterz I can say that we, especially my son Benjamin, are in a state of deep shock over this devastatingly bad and sad news. Through Andy's amiable and endearing personality we had a great relationship with Banner Access. He was a humble, respectful, humorous and friendly man who will be sorely missed. An example to us all.
To his family, friends, close work colleagues, past and present, our hearts go out to you with deepest sympathy.
Malcolm & Benjamin Bowers and all the Lifterz hire team.

Unbelievable. A larger than life guy, with a ready smile and aword of encouragement at the hardest of times.
We were better for knowing him, and spending time in his company. Thoughts and prayers to his family.
Unbelievable.
