E.S. Access Platforms update

We have been updating the original report on the administration of UK based E.S.Access Platforms during the day today but felt a new summary was in order.

We can confirm that The P&A Partnership, was appointed as administrator first thing this morning- Friday October 15th, 2010. Kerry Kowoski of P&A has the day to day responsibility for the case and can be contacted via P&A Partnership, 93 Queen Street, Sheffield, S1 1WF Telephone: (0114) 275 5033.

P&A has in turn appointed Matt Lyons from the Manchester office of Charterfields to dispose of the assets, either as a going concern, in packages or if necessary individual units. He is the person to contact regarding any interest in the assets, while Kowoski will handle anything to do with the administration.

We understand that the company has already ceased or suspended trading. Although P&A would not confirm this categorically, due to a restriction on who can talk to the press within the company.

That’s it really, we have still not been able to speak to the Hunwicks who owned the company, but we understand that there are a number of creditors from within the industry, mainly for re hire contracts.

The E.S Access business also included Brogan Access Ltd which operated in Scotland.
