The crane operates on 230V battery power which the company says provides more than 10 hours operation in typical applications. The direct electric winch offers line speeds of up to 100 metres a minute while standard features including work lights, outrigger warning lights and a hook camera.
Hüffermann's managing partner Daniel Janssen said: "Böcker trailer cranes are very intuitive to operate and we can rent them out without staff thanks to their simplicity. Another decisive advantage is that they are mounted on a 3.5 tonne trailer, meaning customers can collect the cranes themselves."
