Manitowoc improves Australasia support
Manitowoc has improved its customer support in Australasia with the opening of a new contact centre in Sydney.
Staffed by Manitowoc engineers and technicians the contact centre will provide 24 hour, seven days a week customer support for the Manitowoc dealers and customers in the region. It is able to organise on-site support, training and technical assistance as well as dispatch spare parts.
Brad Cooper, country manager at Manitowoc, said: “As we expand our operations in Australia and New Zealand, we remain committed to helping our dealers and customers get the most from their cranes. This new channel of communication will improve our services and meet the specific needs of customers and dealers across the region.”
