Steve Seiders 1953 - 2014
Access and equipment industry veteran Steve Seiders, of JLG, Acme Lift and Falconite has passed away. He was 61.
Seiders was born in Fulton Pennsylvania – birthplace of JLG and joined the company in 1981 as a supervisor.

Two years later he was promoted to manager of Research h & Development, where he worked alongside John Grove. For most of the 1990s he worked with JLG in a number of sales and service roles including laying out the JLG Equipment Services facility in McConnellsburg. He moved to Falconite in 1997 to look after its Parts and Rebuild Centre, he moved on to Terex after it was acquired by NES, as regional sales manager looking after the distribution of Terex construction equipment and cranes. He joined Acme Lift, the wholesale aerial lift rental company in 2006 where he was a regional sales manager for five years. More recently he has consulted on equipment service issues.
He leaves behind his wife Susan and three daughters Stacy, Lisa and Jodee. He has lived in Atlanta for some time, but we understand that he will be buried in his home town of McConnellsburg.
