Going back for seconds
A reader in the UK has sent us an example of a man pressure washing the roof of a well known fast food restaurant with nothing in place to prevent a fall.
Spotted in Chelmsford, the man has climbed a ladder in order to gain access to the angled roof before proceeding to pressure wash the metal roof. The man is working at a height of approximately seven metres on what already looks like a fair wet day.
Strangely this is not the first occasion we have reported a man pressure washing the roof of a McDonalds (see:
McDeath Wish). Incidentally in both cases the use of Hi-Viz coat was the only means of safety equipment used...

Pressure washing the roof with nothing in place to prevent a fall
Clearly the company has a policy to ensure its roofs are cleaned on a regular basis - although it obviously has not stipulated how it has to be carried out.
