Telehandler fall
A man was seriously injured last week after he fell around six metres from the forks of a telehandler in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
A report from the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office said that the incident occurred on Thursday afternoon as the man was being lifted towards the roof of a house when the rear end lost traction, causing the boom to shift, throwing him from whatever it was he was standing on or in. The report state that he was not wearing a safety harness and lanyard.
The man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, we do not have an update on his condition.
