Hartela to transfer equipment to Ramirent
The Hartela construction group has signed a letter of intent with Ramirent Finland for the transfer its equipment operations to the rental company.
The deal would see Ramirent taking over the equipment and related staff etc of Hartela, Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela and Hartela-Forum on a rental/lease basis. The deal also includes a long term agreement in which Ramirent would supply Hartela with a full range of rental equipment and services.
Negotiations over the contract and the re-organisation of Hartela’s machinery operations have started, with the aim to have it all completed by the end of November. The deal is similar in structure to one that the two companies made last year for the transfer of the Hartela tower crane fleet and operations to Ramirent.
