New Ruthmanns

Ruthmann says that it will launch two all new 3.5 tonne truck mounts later this year.

The company is playing typically coy on what working height the new machines will have, but we do know that both will be over 20 metres, one of them a TB straight telescopic and one will be a TBR telescopic with jib.

We do know that the TB model will have a five section boom and therefore likely to be between 25 and 28 metres - the TBR possibly slightly lower. Both will be designed specifically for 3.5 tonne chassis and most likely with a version that will fill the gap between the current 22 and 27 metre models. Although it may well choose to push on the 28 metre height limit.

The company has also announced the announcement rushed out prior to Bauma regarding two new ‘Highflex’ models – the T 650 HF and T 750 HF – will make an appearance in the autumn. The 65 metre T650 HF will have 43 metres of outreach while the 75 metre T750 HF will offer 41 metres.
