Over the past six years or so Graham has been Snorkel director of product support in the USA, having joined the company as director of operations. He is based at the Snorkel manufacturing facility in Elwood, Kansas, but in his new role - which takes effect immediately - he will relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada to work from corporate headquarters in Henderson.
Prior to joining Snorkel in 2010 he spent over 20 years in various roles at Diesel Power Equipment Company in Omaha, Nebraska, including 15 years as assistant sales manager. In this job he represented equipment and parts for multiple manufacturers of industrial engines, generators, pumps and specialty components.
Elvin said: “This role has been created as part of a larger investment programme to enhance our global customer support for both of our manufacturing brands. By aligning our product support direction for Xtreme and Snorkel, our customers will benefit from corporate synergies that help us to be more efficient and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across the businesses.”
Graham added: “I am excited to be able utilise my experience from my time at Snorkel in the US in my new role to drive improvements in our customer service and product support offering globally. Additionally, the opportunity to set and align operational and service standards across both Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel will provide significant improvements for our customer base.”
