Konsul director Jury Varnachev said: “The developer made the decision to place the Raimondi MRT111s on this particular construction site primarily due to the maximum capacity of the crane, allowing it to work with all the required loads. In the case of the 4U project, we chose a 130 tonne mobile crane and the erection of the crane to a height of 46 metres took two days. At a later stage, both cranes will climb to a height of 66 metres by adding six additional three metre tower sections, with Raimondi climbing cage."
The residential complex will include four 18 storey buildings, with a total of 1,564 apartments and an overall area of 56,000 square metres. The first residents are expected to move in 2018.
