Snorkels for Eagle

UK based Eagle Platforms has taken delivery of the first of a three part order for 25 Snorkel aerial lifts.

The models delivered so far include 38ft A38E articulated boom lifts, 46ft T46JRT telescopic boom lifts, and 62ft A62JRT articulated boom lifts. At the beginning of next year the company will expand its fleet further with the arrival of 19ft S3219E, 26ft S4726E and 32ft S4732E electric slab scissor lifts.

Eagle Platforms' new 46ft Snorkel T46JRT telescopic boom lift

General manager Dan Stewart said: “We are delighted to take delivery of these new Snorkel units. The technology and innovation in the products fits with our identity as a company, and commitment to the very best for our customers. It is the first of delivery of an order which will take our fleet up and over the 250 unit mark, and establish us even further in the marketplace. Our first machines in the 1980’s were Snorkel machines, so it’s great to come full circle with the delivery of the brand new units!”

Eagle Platforms operates from a head office in Sheffield from which it runs a fleet of scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers.
