Evelyn Low 1980 -2016
We have received the sad news of the premature death of Evelyn Low, IPAF’s South East Asia regional manager.
Based in Singapore she passed away on Tuesday November 29th at the tender age of 36, following a long battle with cancer. The funeral was held yesterday.
Low joined IPAF two and a half years ago from Singapore rental company BS Technology, where she spent seven years in roles ranging from customer service officer to deputy manager. She was was responsible for marketing, supervising the sales team, and organising company events and exhibitions.

Raymond Wat, IPAF South East Asia regional general manager said: “Evelyn was a great advocate for aerial work platform safety in this region. Not only did she promote safety but she also turned industry colleagues into close friends. She was simply influential in making everyone friendly wherever she went. It is a great loss to the industry and she will be greatly missed.’
Chief executive Tim Whiteman added: “Evelyn has been a passionate and inspirational advocate of all that IPAF stands for and was actively supporting our work until the very end. She won the IPAF President’s award earlier this year in recognition of her enthusiastic and energetic support. Our deepest condolences go to her family and colleagues, she will be missed.”
