Demag goes Urban
German rental company Detlef Urban has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Demag AC 100-4L All Terrain crane.
The four axle AC 100-4L has a maximum boom length of 59.4 metres and a 10 to 19 metre bi-fold swingaway extension for a maximum tip height of 81.7 metres. It is the 12th crane in a fleet that consists solely of Terex and Demag cranes.

Urban's Enrico Schwarz said: “The quality of Demag cranes is reflected in every single detail of their design and engineering. In fact, you can see that right away when you realise that Demag paints all individual parts before assembly instead of waiting until they are all put together. The long boom makes the crane an extremely versatile unit that we can use for a very broad range of jobs, including industrial assembly and infrastructure projects.”
