The five axle crane features a 60 metre main boom plus 11.2 metre bi-fold swingaway extension which can be extended to 17.8 metres. It was recently on display at the Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA) conference in Adelaide, where two more GMK5150L orders were confirmed from other companies.

On the final night of the conference, the gala dinner included an auction of a GMK5150L sculpture, crafted by Melbourne based chainsaw carver Brandon Kroon. New South Wales based Borger Cranes made the winning bid of A$40,000. All proceeds went to beyondblue, a non-profit charity which works to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around depression and anxiety, while also helping to prevent suicides.
