Kiloutou acquires in Spain

Kiloutou has acquired Madrid, Spain based construction equipment rental company Seralfe. The details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Seralfe was established in 1991 by owners Jesús Martín Valladolid and Julián Hernández Delgado, and operates a fleet of around 1,600 machines, including skid steer loaders, dumpers, mini excavators, small equipment for builders along with a few telehandlers, scissor lifts and boom lifts. It employs 20 at is single location in Pinto on the south side of Madrid.

This is Kiloutou's fourth acquisition in Spain after Rentecnika in 2015, Alvecon in 2016 and CTC de Maquinaria in 2017.

Jesús Martín Valladolid and Julián Hernández Delgado, said: "We are delighted with the acquisition by Kiloutou.
