Another Kato for City Lifting

UK crane rental company City Lifting has taken delivery of a 13 tonne Kato CR-130Rf city type All Terrain crane.

The CR-130Rf features a 24 metre, six section boom with a two stage, 3.6 to 5.5 metre hydraulic luffing jib. The new crane was sold and delivered by Kato's European distributor Rivertek Services, and takes the number of Kato cranes in the company’s fleet to five units.

Managing director Trevor Jepson said: “We now have five Kato city cranes in our fleet and we are very happy with them. This new model with increased road speed and the other extras will allow us to extend to cover more work in our surrounding areas. We look forward to seeing the performance of the searcher hook and in the future we plan on having more of these new models in our fleet.”

City Lifting's new Kato CR-130Rf

We are sure they will be very impressed with these new model Kato cranes which are world famous for their quality, reliability and resale value. Since the launch of the model in May we have delivered a high volume of these cranes to mainland Europe.”

Based in Essex, City Lifting's fleet consists of All Terrain, city type, spider, mobile tower, truck and mini crawler cranes, plus up to 125 tower cranes.
