NMT adds Spierings
UK rental company NMT Crane Hire has taken delivery of a Spierings SK1265-AT6 self-erecting mobile tower crane, with two SK487-AT3 City Boys on order.
The SK1265-AT6 can lift 1,700kg at a radius of 60 metres and to a maximum height of 64.2 metres when the jib is luffed to 30 degrees. It features a maximum capacity of 10 tonnes at a radius of 13.2 metres and is the third SK1265-AT6 in the company’s fleet. The City Boy has a maximum lift capacity of seven tonnes to a radius of 11.96 metres and maximum radius of 40 metres with a capacity of 1,700kg.

Director Tim Ambridge said: “The AT6 is a great machine and is key in our operations.”
Established in 1976, NMT was founded by Nick, Mark and Tim Ambridge - hence the name NMT - and the company was originally set up as a recovery business based in Bedford. The company's crane fleet now includes All Terrains from 13 to 700 tonnes.
