Third Grove for Florian Herbold
German heavy recovery company Florian Herbold has taken delivery of a 150 tonne Grove GMK5150L All Terrain crane.
The five axle GMK5150L joins a 60 tonne GMK3060 and a 100 tonne GMK4100L-1 in the company’s fleet, and features a 60 metre main boom and a 11.2 to 17.2 metre bi-fold swingaway extension. The company has said it will primarily be used for assembly work in construction and on mining work.
Owner Florian Herbold, said: “We decided to buy another Grove All Terrain crane because we are convinced by the strong capacities of the GMK5150L as well as its compact dimensions, which make it a very versatile machine. Our crane fleet is made up entirely of Grove cranes because they are simply impressive in their class. In addition, we have always benefited from the good cooperation with Manitowoc and dealer KranAgentur.”
