Gottwald for Canadian port

North American terminal operator Logistec Stevedoring has ordered a Konecranes Gottwald Model 7 mobile harbour crane for its dry bulk port in Montreal, Canada.

Scheduled for delivery in October, the eight axle HMK 7608 B has a maximum capacity of 150 tonnes and a maximum radius of 54 metres. The crane can operate from an external power supply or from its on-board Tier 4f diesel engine. It will be used to handle dry bulk cargo such as scrap metal and service bulk vessels up to Capesize class.

A Konecranes Gottwald mobile harbour cranes in operation at Logistec’s terminal in Manatee, Florida
