The well attended meeting kicked off with a welcome to the Dingli facility by Andy Northwood, Dingli UK general manager.
The Access Link meeting covered a wide range of the challenges facing the industry including increased equipment costs, effect of rising interest rates, credit management, the need to continue to improve rental yields and environmental challenges and opportunities.
A presentation by Northwood included a video tour of Dingli’s all new - fourth - manufacturing facility in China. Members then had the chance to experience hands on demonstrations of the full range of Dingli machines, including the new ‘Oil-Free’ scissor lifts along with the lithium ion range of boom lifts.
