HWS top out
Toby van de Kooij and Paul van Boven, owners of Dutch access rental company HWS, placed a flag on the highest point of their new head office on Monday after builders completed the roof of the structure.
In typical HWS style the two used a boom lift to reach the highest point in order to place the flag.
