JLG wins refurb contract
JLG has won a $78 million firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the refurbishment of equipment in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The contract will begin with a $12.4 million for the ‘RESET’ of equipment for the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM). The work will be carried out my JLG’s military service team in Balad, Iraq and Bagram, Afghanistan.

JLG's ATLAS II military telehandler loads cargo
The contract is expected to last until 2012 and is designated for the JLG manufactured ATLAS and 6000M model telehandlers, and the Case M4K and MW24C model loader equipment.
David Peacock, vice president of government products and programs at JLG said: “JLG is committed to serving our soldiers in the field and we look forward to our expanded support of the United States Army in Iraq and Afghanistan,” commented.”
