Magnus Rosén takes over at Ramirent
Ramirent has appointed Magnus Rosén as its new president and
chief executive. Rosén, 45, was until recently was a long time member of the Cramo management team, he is expected to assume his position on January 15th 2009.
Rosén left Cramo in June and spent a brief period with the BE Group, a leading steel trader where he served as head of the Sweden Business Area.

He joined Cramo in 1997 and for the past six year was senior vice president, Scandinavia. Prior to that he was managing director of BT Hyrsystem, the
rental division of forklift manufacturer BT Industries.
Peter Hofvenstam, chairman of the Ramirent board said: “We are highly pleased to appoint Magnus Rosén as our new president and CEO. His track record constitutes an excellent background to further develop the Ramirent platform. Magnus' strong leadership skills and result orientation will be an important asset going forward.”
Rosén said: “This is a great opportunity and I am looking forward to taking the helm of Ramirent. The entrepreneurial spirit in the company and Ramirent's diversified market portfolio provides a strong base for further profitable growth”
Rosén who lives in Sweden, is succeeding Kari Kallio, who announced his retirement earlier this year.
