PSS Creditors meeting

Several readers have requested that we publicise the PSS creditors meeting this Friday in order to encourage a higher attendance. This in spite of the fact that Lee Rowe, a director and owner of PSS (Lifting) and (LT) claims that there are no trade creditors.

The meeting will be held this Friday 16th January AT 10:00 am at the premises of Jackson Gregory & Co, 14 Wood Street, Bolton, BL1 1DZ. Telephone 01204 397973.

Jackson Gregory will make as of today and tomorrow, between the hours of 10 and 16:00 “furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information as they may reasonably require.”
If you have not returned the proxy form, you will need to take along some form of proof that you are a creditor.

From the correspondence that we have received there are a good number of companies that have been taken by PSS, however we hear that only 17 have returned any paperwork, and typically even fewer bother to turn up at such meetings.

Given the nature of this one, perhaps that will be different?

We hear that at least one of the Rowes will attend the meeting and questions will be able to be addressed to him.
