100t Tadano for Lee
UK crane rental company Lee Lifting has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Tadano ATF100G-4 All Terrain crane.
The four axle ATF100G-4 has a 51.2 metre main boom and an 18 metre bi-fold swingaway extension. Alongside the latest Euro 4 Mercedes engine, the crane features a reversing camera, air-conditioned cabs and a boom area limiter, which Tadano says will help develop its growing base of telecommunications and wind farm clients. It will join a fleet that includes another ATF100G-4 and two of its predecessors, the 90 tonne ATF90G-4.
Jody Whitmore of Lee Lifting said: "Choosing the 100G-4 was a no brainer! The crane is the best in its class, not only does it carry all of its counterweight and still meet STGO regulation axles weights of 16.5 tonnes, it also can be configured to meet European and American axle loads configurations. In our line of work this is crucial as we never know where the next move will take us!"
