Boom truck overturns in W Virginia
A boom truck overturned yesterday while on a job installing a large sign at a shopping centre site in Charleston, West Virginia. No one was injured in the incident.
The crane an Altec, owned by J.D. Signs, had around 30 metres of boom out when it lost stability and overturned. The company said that the crane was unmanned when it went over.

It looks as though the outriggers on one side of the crane were either not fully extended or have sunk into an excavation area.
