All State takes on Potain

US rental company All State Crane and Rigging has been appointed as a distributor for Potain self-erecting cranes.

The company will be responsible for the sales and rental of the Hup and Igo range of Potain self-erecting tower cranes as well as for parts, service and training from its base in Michigan. The company says that contractors in north America are increasingly interested in self-erecting cranes, particularly in applications such as commercial construction and residential homebuilding.

Adam Stack, sales vice president at All State, said: “While popular in other parts of the world, self-erecting cranes are still fairly new to our area. We are excited to better support our existing customers and help introduce these cranes to the market. As more customers are introduced to these incredibly versatile cranes, they see how quickly they are setup and how easy they are to operate, which only increases demand. By providing in-house service, parts and training, we can now offer full support for self-erecting crane owners and rental customers in the Potain Hup and Igo ranges.”

Based in Holland, Michigan, All State rents All Terrain and Rough Terrain cranes along with boom trucks in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Detroit and the Great Lakes areas. It also provides a range of telehandlers and boom lifts along with a heavy haulage service.
