Another crane acquisition for Entrec
Entrec Corporation of Alberta Canada has acquired the business and assets of Taylor Crane Service, of Dickinson, North Dakota for $4.3 million, plus a million Entrec shares valued at $1.53 each.
Located in the heart of the Bakken oil field, Taylor Crane runs a fleet of seven All Terrain, truck and carry deck cranes along with other equipment including trailers etc…used to support its crane operations.

Entrec president John M. Stevens said: “The acquisition of Taylor Crane, combined with our current operations in the Bakken, will provide us with the scale we need to better compete and grow our business in this region.”
